Foldable games table of rosewood for Illums Bolighus
This elegant games table of rosewood folds to half/double size. It has a tabletop with decorative blue toned tiles in the corners and brass fittings.
The table was executed ca. in the 1950-1960s. for luxury department store Illums Bolighus in Copenhagen, Denmark.
It has the tag of ILLUMS BOLIGHUS KØBENHAVN on the back.

Oak trolley with removable tray top by Kaare Klint
This tea trolley of oak by Kaare Klint (1888-1954) has an underlying shelf and removable tray top. The handles and castors are of brass.
The trolley was executed by Rud. Rasmussen Cabinetmakers, Copenhagen ca. 1945 and is marked.

Coffee table with hand coloured inlaid tiles by Frits Henningsen
The so-called Chinese mahogany coffee table. Executed by cabinetmaker Frits Henningsen ca. in the 1930s.
On top it has inlaid unique tiles depicting a fruit basket with decorative flowers. The tiles are handcoloured by painter and ceramist Jens Thirslund and executed at Herman August Kählers (HAK) pottery.
The present model was exhibited in ‘Industriforeningen’, Copenhagen in 1933. Stand 12.
