    Pair of white midcentury floor lamps by Svend Aage Holm Sørensen

    A pair of floor lamps in white lacquered steel designed by Svend Aage Holm Sørensen (1913-2004). They were manufactured by Swedish producer ASEA (Allmänna Svenska Elektriska Aktiebolaget) in the 1950s. The model number is: E1768 H. 141 cm. (65") W. of shade 14,5 cm. (11,8")

    Teak table with contrasting birch details by Tove og Edvard Kindt-Larsen

    This coffee table was designed by Danish architects husband and wife Tove & Edvard Kindt-Larsen for the Swedish furniture manufacturer Säffle Möbelfabrik.

    It is made from solid teak. The table top has raised edges and decorative contrasting birch splines that are made visible at both ends of the table. This example was designed and executed approx. 1961. Table is stamped by maker. Literature: Mobilia 1961.

    This intriguing floor lamp with patinated braided brown leather was designed for the Swedish luxury department store Nordiska Kompaniet in the 1940’s. The lamp stand and base are of brass. H. 128 cm. (50"), H. with shade 160 cm. (63")

    Rare cylindrical ceiling lamp by Uno & Östen Kristiansson

    This rare ceiling lamp (model 555) was designed in the 1950s and executed by Swedish mirror and lighting producer ‘Luxus’ in the town of Vittsjö. Luxus was founded in 1951 by brothers Uno (1925-2009) and Östen Kristiansson (1927-2003), after having learned the trade from their father, Evert Kristiansson. He ran Vittsjö Möbelfabrik AB and produced wooden furniture for Swedish luxury department store Nordiska Kompaniet as well as other renowned architects like Carl Malmsten. The frame and ceiling cup are in oak with opal plexiglass shade and diffusers on each end. The height is adjustable ca. 50-150 cm.

    This three-armed teak chandelier has white vintage opaline glass globes. 

    It was executed by Luxus Vittsjö, Sweden in the 1950-1960s.

    Luxus was founded in 1951 by brothers Uno (1925-2009) and Östen Kristiansson (1927-2003), after having learned the trade from their father, Evert Kristiansson. He ran Vittsjö Möbelfabrik AB and produced wooden furniture for Swedish luxury department store Nordiska Kompaniet as well as other renowned architects like Carl Malmsten.

It can be used as a floor lamp or a large table lamp. The lamp was executed by 'Luxus' in Vittsjö, Sweden. Luxus was founded in 1951 by brothers Uno (1925-2009) and Östen Kristiansson (1927-2003), after having learned the trade from their father, Evert Kristiansson.
