    Teak table with contrasting birch details by Tove og Edvard Kindt-Larsen

    This coffee table was designed by Danish architects husband and wife Tove & Edvard Kindt-Larsen for the Swedish furniture manufacturer Säffle Möbelfabrik.

    It is made from solid teak. The table top has raised edges and decorative contrasting birch splines that are made visible at both ends of the table. This example was designed and executed approx. 1961. Table is stamped by maker. Literature: Mobilia 1961.

    This sculptural teak lounge chair was nicknamed "Appelsinen" (The Orange). 

    Its sweeping seat and back are upholstered with yellow wool. 

    Sometimes referred to as model number is 55, since it was designed in 1955. But official model number is 137.

    The model has recently been reproduced, but this original example was executed by N. A. Jørgensens Møbelfabrik (Bramminge), Denmark in the late 1950s.

    This pair of  lounge chairs with seat cushions were designed in 1956 by Hans Olsen (1919-1992). The chairs have model number 187. They are upholstered with white and black Savak wool by Gabriel. Their legs are of stained wood. The lounge chairs are executed by Bramin (previously N. A. Jørgensens Møbelfabrik), Denmark. This chair model was the predecessor to the so-called "Fried Egg" model 188 also designed by Hans Olsen 1956. A matching sofa is also available. Measurements for the chairs: H. 82cm. W. 82 cm. D. 70 cm.
